Whether you are a “hot dogger” or a “snow bunny”, there is something here for you. And even if you just like to go along for the “après ski” stand and model, sipping a rusty nail fun of it, there is a ski destination here for you. We all know about the great gay ski experience that beautiful Whistler, in British Colombia Canada, offers every February during their Gay Pride celebration, but don’t forget it’s gay-welcoming all the time.
Speaking of gay-friendly Canada take a look at what Banff and Lake Louise can offer you and your fellow ski bums in the Canadian Rockies up in the Alberta Province. Or traverse over to Quebec and experience the quaint pedestrian village of Mont-Tremblant, charming atmosphere and great skiing together.
And here are a couple of great ski opportunities right here in the USA. Some of the best extreme skiing in the world, along with snowboarders and beginners slopes, Crested Butte, Colorado is a great contrast in the term laid-back. Perhaps you favor a little gambling in the evenings after an exhilarating day on the slopes? Then the Lake Tahoe area in Nevada and California is the place you want to be.
